Client Services Manager
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our growing Client Services Team as a Client Services Manager.
The Client Services Manager will assist in the day-to-day operation of our client services team through report production, analysis and presentation of all assigned program accounts. He/She serves as the main communication liaison with the client and will interact with multiple internal groups on the client’s behalf.
Key responsibility Areas Include: Implementation of New Programs, Client Relations, Generation of results/insight, Budgetary Responsibility, Process Analysis/ Efficiency, Oversee management of documentation.
The successful candidate possesses: a Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field with relevant work experience, demonstrated analytical problem solving and multi-tasking abilities, proven experience with Microsoft Access and Excel, experienced in the delivery of both internal and external presentations, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and available to travel up to 5% of the time.

Corporate Trainer
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Trainer to join the Human Resources Team. The Corporate Trainer will design and facilitate internal training.
He/She conducts employee on-boarding, develops and leads training for new accounts and program changes, and trains employees on Human Resources tools (HRIS, Time Clock, telephony system) and internal processes. The Corporate Trainer works collaboratively with internal customers to continuously identify training opportunities.
The successful candidate will possess: 3-4 years of design & facilitation in a service environment (call center preferred), Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field, solid instruction and design for adult learners, proven presentation and facilitation skills, previous experience designing training programs including document writing, experience in technical design and facilitation, exceptional communication skills, ability to maintain confidential work environment, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Customer Service Representatives
Key responsibilities for this
position include: Perform outbound/inbound customer
calls. Advise customers on behalf of clients.
Communicate with customers via telephone, fax
or e-mail as assigned. Exceed quality performance
standards as established by the Company. Appropriately
handle negative customer situations and escalate
these situations to the appropriate level of management.
The successful candidate will
possess 6 – 24 months of experience as a
customer service representative and be a high
school graduate. Some college experience and/or
degree is preferred. The individual will have
excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
skills with a strong attention to detail and an
ability to multi-task. A minimum of 35 wpm typing
and basic computer skills are required. An ability
to work both independently and in a team environment
is a plus.
