Client Services Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our growing Client Services Team as a Client Services Manager.  The Client Services Manager will assist in the day-to-day operation of our client services team through report production, analysis and presentation of all assigned program accounts.  He/She serves as the main communication liaison with the client and will interact with multiple internal groups on the client’s behalf.

Key responsibility Areas Include:  Implementation of New Programs, Client Relations, Generation of results/insight, Budgetary Responsibility, Process Analysis/ Efficiency, Oversee management of documentation. 

The successful candidate possesses: a Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field with relevant work experience, demonstrated analytical problem solving and multi-tasking abilities, proven experience with Microsoft Access and Excel, experienced in the delivery of both internal and external presentations, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and available to travel up to 5% of the time.

Bilingual Logistics Service Representative

OnProcess Technology is currently seeking bilingual Logistics Service Representatives who are fluent in either Thai, Korean, Japanese or Mandarin in support of our international business. Responsibilities include: perform outbound/inbound customer calls, advise customers on behalf of OPT’s clients, communicate with customers via telephone, fax or e-mail as assigned, exceed OPT’s quality performance standards, appropriately handle negative customer situations and escalate situations to the appropriate level of management. Shifts are dependent on client country’s hours of operation.

The successful candidate will possess 6 – 24 months of experience in a customer service business environment, high school graduate with some college or degree preferred, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task, minimum of 35 wpm typing, basic computer skills, an ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Software Engineer

We are currently seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing Application Development team. The Software Engineer supports the design and development of the company’s core application. The Software Engineer translates user requirements into functional specifications and delivers products according to specifications and schedule.

Bachelors Degree in computer science or related field preferred, 3-5 years experience as a programmer/developer utilizing Microsoft .NET technology and SQL Server, strong skills developing in SQL Server 2005, strong foundation in n-tier development using Service Orientated Architecture (SOA), Component Based Development (CBD) and Object Oriented Development (OOD), excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong team player.

Customer Service Representatives

Exceed quality performance standards as established by the Company. Appropriately handle negative customer situations and escalate these situations to the appropriate level of management.

The successful candidate will possess 6 – 24 months of experience as a customer service representative and be a high school graduate. Some college experience and/or degree is preferred. The individual will have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task. A minimum of 35 wpm typing and basic computer skills are required. An ability to work both independently and in a team environment is a plus.
