We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our growing Client Services Team.
The Account Specialist will oversee the operation of a defined account within one of our Business Lines. He/She will act as a key point person for all decisions, resolutions, and maintenance of program operations.

The Successful candidate possesses: Bachelor’s Degree, solid analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking abilities, a self-starter with the initiative and the ability to see projects through to completion, experience with MS Access and Excel, experienced in the delivery of presentations, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Bilingual Logistics Service Representative
OnProcess Technology is currently seeking bilingual Logistics Service Representatives who are fluent in either Thai, Korean, Japanese or Mandarin in support of our international business. Responsibilities include: perform outbound/inbound customer calls, advise customers on behalf of OPT’s clients, communicate with customers via telephone, fax or e-mail as assigned, exceed OPT’s quality performance standards, appropriately handle negative customer situations and escalate situations to the appropriate level of management. Shifts are dependent on client country’s hours of operation.
The successful candidate will possess 6 – 24 months of experience in a customer service business environment, high school graduate with some college or degree preferred, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task, minimum of 35 wpm typing, basic computer skills, an ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Customer Service Representatives
Key responsibilities for this
position include: Perform outbound/inbound customer

standards as established by the Company. Appropriately

these situations to the appropriate level of management.
The successful candidate will

school graduate. Some college experience and/or
degree is preferred. The individual will have
excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
skills with a strong attention to detail and an
ability to multi-task. A minimum of 35 wpm typing

is a plus.
