The company was founded in 1998 by Ed Barry, a former software executive who had more than 20 years in the software industry specializing in enterprise and automation software for large-scale manufacturing and distribution programs.

The idea for OnProcess began when Ed accepted the challenge of building a more efficient reverse logistics management system for a Fortune 500 client. Since that first effort, On Process has pioneered the development of comprehensive reverse logistics programs using advanced methods and technologies that can be applied to meet the specific performance goals of its clients.

Today, OnProcess Technology conducts business in eleven languages for multinationals in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Our clients are leaders in Cable and Pay TV, Wireless Communications, Telecom Equipment, Medical Devices and Computer Networking & Storage Equipment.
