devices, and the average days-to-return was beyond

a recovery rate of above 90% and improved the
velocity of the return to 35 days, resulting in

phone-based self-install process, which helped
reduce the number of home visits required to train
and install the device. The self-install process
now represents more than 30% of all installs,
at a cost much lower than on-site visits.
By the end of 2006, 90% of its
installations were handled by the
