Michael Wooden has been leading, growing and building global enterprise and start-up services businesses for more than two decades. Prior to joining OnProcess Technology, he was Convergys Corporation’s Chief Commercial Officer, where he owned the customer interface and had P&L responsibility across divergent sales channels and marketing functions. Earlier at Xerox, Michael was the SVP of Sales and Marketing for the BPS division, where he headed strategy development, alliances and the creation and expansion of new outsourcing services. Earlier in his career, Michael was VP of Corporate Development at APAC. He also worked as an M&A consultant for technology companies around the world. Michael has a Bachelor’s Degree in Comprehensive Sciences from Ashland University and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.

Ed Barry founded OnProcess Technology in 1998 with an unprecedented approach — providing outsourced reverse logistics and customer experience management programs based on advanced methods and technologies, which can be applied to the unique performance goals of clients across industries. He grew the company into a top-ranked provider of global managed services for the end-to-end post-sales supply chain. Prior to founding OnProcess, Ed spent more than 20 years in the software industry specializing in enterprise and automation software for large-scale manufacturing and distribution companies.

Lalit Aggarwal has extensive experience across investment banking, transaction advisory, and financial planning and analysis. At Lumis, he directs the entire transaction execution process from financial and legal standpoints. He also serves as the Operating Executive supporting investee firms in their financial, commercial and controllership processes, as well as in M&A. Earlier, Lalit held senior positions with PWC, HCL and GE/Genpact. Lalit is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Victor Martinez-Angles leads Lumis’ corporate development and mergers and acquisitions efforts. He has extensive experience in complex transactions, having led transactions as a strategic buyer and a seller, partnerships, joint ventures, debt and equity financing. Previously, Victor was Senior Vice President for Genpact (NYSE:G), where he directed the company’s corporate development activities. He also worked at GE, where he led many acquisition and divestiture transactions as part of the GE Energy business and the GE Corporate Headquarters’ teams. Victor is a graduate of the Escola Universitaria de Negocis de Catalunya in Spain and the GE Financial Management Program.

Rohit Bhayana’s expertise includes building synergistic portfolios of businesses, running technology companies, managing M&As and leading large outsourcing initiatives. In addition to developing the Lumis team and executing the fund’s operating philosophy, he owns Lumis’ strategy for supply chain and has been actively building the portfolio. Prior to Lumis, Rohit led GE’s Software business (GESS), which went on to merge with Genpact. Rohit’s career at GE spanned multiple businesses, including leading GE’s Global Outsourcing Initiative. Rohit has a postgraduate degree from the London School of Economics and is an Engineer in Computer Science degree from Delhi University.

Today, Frank Boyer is a senior advisor to C-level executives on major cost transformations and best practices in procurement, supply chain, real estate and inter-carrier business. In this role, Frank has led a multi-billion dollar cost reduction program for a top US telecommunications company, and has served as interim COO during the formative stages of one of the wireless industry’s largest buying consortiums. Frank began his career at SBC (now AT&T), ultimately becoming SVP and the first CPO of Cingular Wireless (now AT&T Wireless) after having P&L responsibility for one of SBC Wireless’ properties. His success led to appointments as the Chief Procurement/Supply Officer at EDS (now HP) and Unisys. Frank earned an MBA and a BS in Electrical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from St. Louis University.

Bill has more than two decades of operating and financial experience in publicly-held and private organizations.  With expertise in both growth and “turn-around” companies, he has raised private and public capital, expanded international operations, managed multiple acquisitions and successfully sold several technology companies.  Bill started his career at PWC (Coopers & Lybrand) and has since helped a variety of companies scale, including Sparta Systems, NMS Communications, Infinium Software and Intellution.  He holds a BS in Accounting from Babson College, an MBA from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and is a CPA in the state of Massachusetts.

Steven Richardson has a wealth of experience in Private Equity. He has been an advisor to OnProcess Technology since 2000 and was elected to the Board of Directors in July 2011. Steven is the Managing Shareholder of Richardson & Company, P.C., a regional CPA firm. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Charles River Bank and U.S. Shale Solutions, Inc. Steven is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Bentley University.
