We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our growing Client Services Team as a Client Services Manager. The Client Services Manager will assist in the day-to-day operation of our client services team through report production, analysis and presentation of all assigned program accounts. He/She serves as the main communication liaison with the client and will interact with multiple internal groups on the client’s behalf.
Key responsibility Areas Include: Implementation of New Programs, Client Relations, Generation of results/insight, Budgetary Responsibility, Process Analysis/ Efficiency, Oversee management of documentation.
The successful candidate possesses: a Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field with relevant work experience, demonstrated analytical problem solving and multi-tasking abilities, proven experience with Microsoft Access and Excel, experienced in the delivery of both internal and external presentations, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and available to travel up to 5% of the time.
