ASHLAND, MA (USA) – (June, 2012): Growth in new client engagements, as well as an acquisition, has driven several new senior-level hires at Ashland, MA-based OnProcess Technology, a provider of services and consulting to large scale enterprises with aftermarket service operations.
William B. Gerraughty, Jr., Chief Financial Officer
With experience in both growth and “turn-around” companies, Bill Gerraughty has raised private and public capital, expanded international operations, managed multiple acquisitions, and successfully sold several technology companies. When asked about the opportunity at OnProcess, Bill said, “I was immediately impressed by the strength of the management team and the client roster. There are great opportunities to grow the business, including existing client expansion, broader product offerings, international growth, and the continuation of an already successful M&A effort. I am excited to join the OnProcess team and execute on all the potential.”
Bill started his career at PWC (Coopers & Lybrand) and has since helped a variety of companies scale, including Sparta Systems, NMS Communications, Infinium Software and Intellution, Inc. He holds a BS in Accounting from Babson College, an MBA from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and is a CPA in the state of Massachusetts.
Bart van der Horst, Director, EMEA
Bart van der Horst has joined OnProcess Technology, Inc. as its first EMEA-based Director. He brings years of experience across industries as well as geographies in business development, international expansion and developing routes to market.
Previous to his position at OnProcess, Bart served as partner of iChannel and Managing Director Americas, Canalys, in Palo Alto, California. Before that he held a variety of positions at Software Spectrum/Insight, including General Manager UK, Ireland and MEA and Director EMEA.

James brings over 7 years of experience and success in Logistics and Supply Chain management to bear to direct sales efforts in OnProcess’ newest vertical market, Logistics and 3PL providers. He has had experience working “both sides of the fence” in his tenure at Panalpina, Expeditors International, and Maersk Line.
