Bhaskar Banerjee
Bhaskar Banerjee is OnProcess Technology’s Chief Solutions Officer. Bhaskar has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting, IT and outsourcing industry in providing strategic directions, business development and delivery management. He has held senior positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers (US), United Parcel Service (US), GE (US) and Genpact (US and India) and has breadth and depth across Manufacturing and Retail industries. Bhaskar is an Electronics Engineer from Jadavpur University, Calcutta and a Post Graduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
Tilson Bennett
Tilson is the Account Manager for the Avaya, Tellabs, Ciena, and CTDI accounts. His responsibilities include client relationship management, analyzing and interpreting data, managing metrics and results, creating and presenting reports, problem resolution, process creation, and team building.
Zachary Bouzan-Kaloustian
Zach Bouzan-Kaloustian was an Account Manager at OnProcess Technology. He joined OnProcess after graduating from Babson College with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Zach managed a team of Logistics Service Representatives and Team Leads that support various medical clients in their asset recovery and inventory management efforts. Duarte Esteiriero
Duarte is Manager of Quality and Training (Cable and Wireless) at OnProcess Technology. Duarte has oversight of the quality monitoring for the Wireless and Cable business. He also has oversight for training of the cable and wireless OPT employees. Training includes “on boarding” training, certification programs for existing employees, recertification for veteran employees and specific product up-training in the cable and wireless sector.
Carolyn DeVasto
Carolyn DeVasto was the Director of Sales overseeing OnProcess’ Medical Device vertical. Her ability to understand the needs of her clients and think outside the box allowed her to bring on and improve the service supply chains of clients including Covidien, Hologic, Varian Medical and MEDRAD. She is now at Covidien.
Elizabeth Gargan Swenson
Elizabeth is a Sr. Program Manager at OnProcess Technology for Business-to-Business Telephony. Her responsibilities include: client relationship management, analyzing and interpreting data, managing metrics and results, creating and presenting reports, business reviews and Return on Investment, problem resolution, team building, analyzing business trends and streamlining processes to create efficiencies.
She was previously the Client Services Manager at OnProcess Technology for Business-to-Business Hardware, where her responsibilities included: Preparing and presenting Business Reviews and Return on Investment information to clients; reviewing client reporting and analyzing business trends; streamlining processes to create efficiencies; and aligning Operations & Sales to ensure effective communication on an ongoing basis.
Dan Gettens
Dan Gettens, LSSMBB, is Chief Research Officer for OnProcess Technology. Dan is responsible for the definition, development and delivery of OnProcess’ product offerings, including the SSCO, CE360™ and RL360™ solutions. He is leading our initiatives to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies in developing the next generation of OnProcess products. Dan drives the delivery of Market Research to OnProcess’ clients to provide visibility and actionable insights into the customer experience. Prior to joining OnProcess in 2005, he was Vice President of Global Business for Corporate Software – including Global Accounts, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Dan served as Director of Global Accounts for Digital and Compaq. At Digital, Dan’s responsibilities included management of the Digital Customer Advisory Board, decision support for U.S. Sales, pricing and contracts for global accounts, support for manufacturing and logistics, and development of the Company’s worldwide channels strategy. Dan received a Bachelors degree from Middlebury, and Masters from Yale University and Rensselaer. He completed the Executive Education Program at Babson. Dan has served as a member of the Advisory Board of the Pricing Institute.
Steve Kirstein
Steve is the Director of Marketing at OnProcess Technology. His responsibilities include branding, positioning, lead generation, creative strategy and execution, sales support and prospect communication. He was awarded an MBA, with High Distinction in Marketing, from the Babson Graduate School of Business.
Mike Reid
Mike is a Business Analyst for the Market Research and Product Development team at OnProcess. His responsibilities include developing, managing and analyzing various Market Research projects for OnProcess clients. He is also responsible for helping to develop and enhance the RL360TM and CE360TM product offerings for OnProcess. He received his MBA from Bentley University.
Faith Shelby
Faith is a Senior Program Manager at OnProcess Technology. She manages a team of Logistics Service Representatives and Team Leads for the Medical and High Touch Business unit. She is responsible for the strategic development, growth and quality of assigned accounts. Faith interacts with clients to develop program standards, expectations and processes, as well as reporting and analysis.
Glen Charles Thompson
Glen is a Regional Sales Director at OnProcess Technology. He works closely with prospective and existing clients in the broadband service industry to collaborative build solutions that solve for the everyday challenges that arise in their business. Many of these solutions reduce capital expenditure, reduce operating costs, and extend/expand lifetime value of a customer.
Glen grew up in East Lyme, CT and received his Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Boston College Carroll School of Management. His background includes business development and client services roles within the advertising, media planning and marketing research industries.
