Vice President of Delivery Services

We are currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable individual to serve as a Vice President of Delivery Services.  The Vice President of Delivery Services is responsible for the strategic development, growth, quality and profitability of the Business Line.  He/She provides leadership, develops strategic plans, and executes an overall Business Line strategy. The Vice President, Delivery Services is considered an expert in the Technology or Healthcare Aftermarket Services industry and applies this knowledge to OnProcess business development as well as day-to-day service delivery. The Vice President, Delivery Services cultivates key relationships in the industry; maintaining and growing existing client relationships, supporting business development and fostering new relationships.   He/ She establishes program standards, expectations, and procedures that meet internal and external goals and performance objectives. 

The appropriate candidate will possess:

  • 10-15 years experience as a Senior Manager or Director within the Technology or Medical/Healthcare industry
  • Experience with After Market Services and/or Supply Chain Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field, Master’s Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated success building and managing profitable teams with an understanding of cost savings initiatives and a strong financial acumen
  • Strong attention to detail with proven project management experience
  • Business Planning and Budgetary skills
  • Excellent presentation skills including written, verbal and interpersonal communication
  • Flexibility with the ability to travel up to 10%

Associate Manager, Delivery Services

We are currently seeking a recent college grad to join our growing Delivery Services team as an Associate Manager, Delivery Services.  The Associate Manager, Delivery Services will oversee the operation of a defined account/program within one of our business units.  He/She will act as a key point person for all decisions, resolutions, and maintenance of program operations.  The Associate Manager, Delivery Services serves as the main communication liaison with the client and will interact with multiple internal groups on the client’s behalf.  He/She will oversee database and application maintenance and be in charge of creating and delivering daily, weekly, or monthly reporting and analytics to the client.  

The successful candidate will possess: Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field, solid analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking abilities, self-starter with the initiative and the ability to see projects through to completion, proven experience utilizing MS Access and MS Excel, proven leadership skills, excellent written, verbal and public communication skills.

We are currently seeking a Manager, Delivery Services in our Medical/Healthcare vertical within our Ashland,MA Contact Center.  The Manager, Delivery Services oversees the day-to-day operation of assigned programs, and acts as the central point of accountability, to the client.  He/she serves as the point person for decisions, resolutions and maintenance of program operations.  In addition, he/she manages a team of Supervisors and Logistics Service Representatives.  The Manager, Delivery Services is responsible for analyzing data and creating reports that meet both client and operational needs. 

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field and/or 3-5 years demonstrated Contact Center management. Experience in healthcare industry required; fundamental understanding of medical terminology a plus, demonstrated analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with intermediary understanding of MS Excel and/or MS Access, proven coaching, mentoring and team building skills, experience managing projects, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Market Research Analyst

The Market Research Analyst leads the report production process for Market Research and the Product Development team.  He/she oversees the analysis and development of reports for OnProcess clients helping them to achieve measurable, predictable, sustainable, and cost-effective improvements in their customers’ use of their products and services.  Additionally, the Market Research Analyst develops reproducible standards and templates that aid other Analysts in their collection, and analysis of client data. 

The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years experience in an Analyst role, Advanced Degree in statistics, market research, operations research, economics or finance; or MBA.  Knowledge of SPSS or Mini-Tab, goal oriented, team player, strong business thinking skills and logic, strong analytical abilities, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Delivery Services Manager, Triage

We are currently seeking a Manager, Delivery Services in our Cable/Wireless verticals within our Fall River, MA Contact Center. The Manager, Delivery Services oversees the day-to-day operation of assigned programs, and acts as the central point of accountability, to the client. He/she serves as the point person for decisions, resolutions and maintenance of program operations. In addition, he/she manages a team of Supervisors and Logistics Service Representatives.

The Manager, Delivery Services is responsible for analyzing data and creating reports that meet both client and operational needs. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3-5 years demonstrated Contact Center management. Experience in an Inbound Contact Center required; previous experience in Triage, including Dispatch, Troubleshooting and Repair a plus, demonstrated analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with intermediary understanding of MS Excel and/or MS Access, proven coaching, mentoring and team building skills, experience managing projects, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Previous experience managing a 24 hour by 7 day operation a plus; the ability to work a flexible schedule required.
