Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will work under the direction of the company VP-Controller.  He/She will be responsible for general ledger accounting, consolidations, financial reporting, management reporting, and financial analysis activities.  The Senior Account will support analysis of operating results, program profitability, subsidiary results and pricing.  Additionally, he/she will support the budgeting and forecasting process as necessary. 

The ideal candidate will possess Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years general ledger experience, familiarity with accounting consolidations preferred, Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills, proficient in MS Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint, knowledge of Quickbooks a plus, strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to keep confidential information and interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

Delivery Services Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to serve as a Delivery Services Manager. Responsibilities include: interact with clients and internal groups to create and refine goals, objectives, expectations and procedures, recommend process improvements, support the sales team with presales activities and coordinate new program implementation, manage report development, respond to client ad hoc report requests, presentation of results both internally to sales executives and formally in client reviews.

The successful candidate will possess: Bachelor’s Degree, relevant work experience, demonstrated analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking abilities, proven experience with Microsoft Access and Excel, experienced in the delivery of both internal and external presentations, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and available to travel up to 5% of the time.

Manager of Training & Development

We are currently seeking a Manager of Training and Development to lead our Training Department.  The Manager of Training and Development leads the development, design and delivery of new and ongoing Training and Human Resources initiatives.  Additionally, he/she supports company-wide succession planning and career-pathing efforts.  The Manager of Training and Development will apply best practice methodologies in the design and delivery of training.  He/She will work collaboratively across the organization to conduct needs assessments and align training with overall company business objectives.  

The appropriate candidate for this role possesses a Bachelor’s Degree, 4-5 years proven experience in the creation and delivery of training, familiarity with instructional design concepts and adult learning theory, previous Human Resources experience, proven experience coaching and facilitating growth in others, Proficient in MS Office Suite, Knowledge on the Adobe family of products a plus.

Sales Assistant

We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our growing Sales organization.  The Sales Assistant is responsible for managing the daily operational activities of the sales department.  He/She provides direct support to the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing and is responsible for all administrative activities including maintaining the Customer Relationship Management Tool, booking travel, preparing reports, supporting marketing campaigns, preparing for exhibitions and conferences and any other special projects.

The appropriate candidate will posses 3-5 years of VP level support in a sales environment, college degree or administrative certification preferred, prior experience maintaining a CRM tool a must (Microsoft Dynamics a plus), ability to efficiently and effectively multi-task time-critical projects while maintaining attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be a self-starter, manage multiple priorities and prioritize is vital, extensive experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required, ability to handle confidential information and work independently in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment.
