Business Analyst (Data Operations Specialist)
We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our Information Systems team in Ashland.
The Business Analyst is actively responsible for data operations and team lead of business analysts. They will work closely with the operations and development teams to ensure the successful creation and maintenance of enterprise software products. They are responsible for the Data Operations function; ensuring the execution and auditing of all data import and export routines for our clients. He/She is accountable for setting the direction for business requirements, process documentation, and requirements management, and ensuring all their associates are trained and consistently following the methodologies defined. Ensures the quality of software releases and statement of work (SOW) service level requirements are met or exceeded.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Team Lead of Business Analysts
- Oversee all Data Operations activities
- Manage analysts responsibilities on client program implementations and change requests
- Maintain and enhance the implementation and change request process for Information Systems
- Work closely with the Software Development Manager to ensure technical deliverable - timelines are met
- Prioritize new and escalated requests among existing implementations, projects and requests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience
- Must have 2-5 years of technical experience in business analysis, requirements definition, business architecture and process modeling
- SQL DB(SQL Server), MS Access, MS Excel or other reporting tools
- Must have relevant experience developing business solutions for mission critical projects using a business architecture and process modeling approach, joint application development (JAD) sessions and rapid prototyping to define new concepts to improve products and services
- Experience leading and mentoring highly skilled business analyst professionals
- Background in creating product road maps and presenting to senior management and customers for approval
- Proven ability to budget, organize and manage large teams made up of associates and contractors
- Must be able to set priorities and multi-task between many simultaneous strategic projects and day-to-day maintenance related activities.

Senior Manager, Client Delivery Services
We are currently seeking a Sr. Manager, Client Delivery Services to join our Delivery Services team in Ashland.
The selected Senior Manager will be primarily responsible for maintaining and expanding existing and new client relationships. The Senior Manager will provide day to day support to existing and new clients by providing data analytics, reporting and continuous process improvement.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client contacts
- Take a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs and company culture, identifying new business opportunities and providing a high level of service
- Apply advanced problem solving skills
- Responsible for data analytics and presenting reports to clients
- Manages report development
- Responsible for preparing and presenting regular business reviews to clients
- Monitors programs to ensure client satisfaction
- Responsible for process mapping and improving existing processes
- Determining and implementing best practice across program industry as appropriate
- Assists with creating business rules, testing and implementing new programs through detailed data analytics and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years’ experience in client facing account management/client services role
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field Supply Chain, Operations Management, Operations Research, Business, Finance or Marketing. Advanced degree preferred
- Experience in Supply Chain and/or Services Management strongly preferred in one or more of the following functional disciplines: service parts planning, procurement/purchasing, transportation management, order receipt, dispatch and order management, warehouse management, inventory management, import/export process management/controls

Delivery Services Manager, Broadband
We are currently seeking a Delivery Services Manager in our Ashland, MA Broadband Contact Center.
This person will oversee the day-to-day operation of assigned programs and act as the central point of accountability, to the client. Serving as the point person for decisions, resolutions and maintenance of program operations, the Delivery Services Manager is responsible for analyzing data and creating reports that meet both client and operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field and/or 3-5 years demonstrated
- Contact Center and client relationship management experience.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with intermediary understanding of MS Excel and/or MS Access,
