Meet the leadership team at OnProcess Technology:

Ed Barry, CEO of OnProcess Technology, provides overall direction of the company and its development strategy. Ed founded OnProcess with an unprecedented approach — outsourced reverse logistics and customer experience management programs, based on advanced methods and technologies, that can be applied to meet the unique performance goals of clients across industries. Prior to founding OnProcess Technology, Ed spent more than 20 years in the software industry specializing in enterprise and automation software for large-scale manufacturing and distribution programs.
Bill joined OnProcess Technology in November of 1999, bringing
with him 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing for large multi-national
corporations.
At OnProcess, he has developed client relationships in a broad base of industries, enabling OnProcess to develop a wide range of solutions-based processes suitable for our clients’ many requirements.
Bill is also the team lead for our Business Development and Partner programs that have been instrumental in creating profitable relationships with many of our clients’ outsourced transportation, repair and logistics service vendors.
Robert joined OnProcess Technology in June of 2007, bringing with
him more than 20 years of management experience in the technology services
industry. As a founding member of three technology services companies, he
helped lead hyper-growth in those firms throughout the 1990’s to 2006.
At OnProcess, in addition to being a member of the executive team, Robert has responsibility for sales operations, and the development of cross-product sales strategies to expand OnProcess support to new vertical industries driving continued revenue growth and geographic expansion.
Prior to joining OnProcess, Robert was Director of Professional Services, NA for Cognizant Technology Solutions. This assignment was the result of Cognizant acquiring AimNet Solutions, Inc. where Robert was a founding member of the management team, responsible for sales and business development for the technology services company. Prior to AimNet, Robert was the President of Alpine Computer Systems, Inc. a managed services business focused on infrastructure technology.
Robert received a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College Carroll School of Management with a concentration in marketing. Robert is active in many civic and youth sports organizations and resides in Medway, MA with his wife and three children.
Pamela Roddy joined OnProcess Technology in 2007 as its Vice
President of Operations, responsible for Application Development, Information
Technology and Contact Center Operations. Prior to joining OnProcess, Pam had
15 years of contact center, customer service and account management
responsibility in healthcare and government services industries.
Pam came to OnProcess Technology from MAXIMUS inc. where she served for five years as the Contract Director. In the role of Director she had responsibility for a large government healthcare contract that employed 400 staff to operate its large customer service contact center, process financial transactions and create and distribute marketing and educational materials. Under her direction the contact center earned the Purdue Universities Call Center of Excellence Certification. Prior to joining MAXIMUS Pam spent 15 years in healthcare operations at Fallon Clinic Inc.
She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, and an undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy. In addition, she is a Certified Instructor – certified by Development Dimensions in Interactive Management, a Recipient of Women of Distinction Award presented by the Girl Scouts of America, and has been a Guest Lecturer at The College of Call Center Excellence Leadership Training in Boston.

Bill joined OnProcess Technology in 2012, bringing over two decades of operating and financial experience in both publicly-held and private companies. With experience in both growth and “turn-around” companies, he has raised private and public capital, expanded international operations, managed multiple acquisitions, and successfully sold several technology companies. Bill started his career at PWC (Coopers & Lybrand) and has since helped a variety of companies scale, including Sparta Systems, NMS Communications, Infinium Software and Intellution, Inc. He holds a BS in Accounting from Babson College, an MBA from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and is a CPA in the state of Massachusetts.
Bhaskar has more than 15 years of experience in management
consulting, IT and outsourcing industry in providing strategic directions,
business development and delivery management. He held senior positions with
PricewaterhouseCoopers (US), United Parcel Service (US), GE (US) and Genpact
(US and India). Bhaskar was the former CEO of BNKe Solutions, a supply chain
solutions company and came onboard OnProcess when BNKe was acquired by
OnProcess in 2011.
Bhaskar holds an Electronics Engineering degree from Jadavpur University, Calcutta and a Post Graduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has managed complex management consulting and ERP engagements in the US and globally, and has been recognized by Fortune 500 clients for his problem solving and leadership skills. His experience includes incubation, solution development and client acquisition of the Supply Chain Solutions business of United Parcel Service (UPS). Bhaskar has also led numerous complex multi-geography outsourcing engagements across IT, supply chain and financial domains. Bhaskar continues to use his experience of scaling up operations and his deep industry knowledge to work with innovative companies and make them successful in evolving and scaling new products and services.
Dan Gettens, LSSMBB, is Chief Research Officer for OnProcess
Technology. Dan is responsible for the definition, development and delivery of
OnProcess' product offerings, including Service Supply Chain Optimization
(SSCO), CE360™ and RL360™ solutions. He is leading our
initiatives to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies in developing the next
generation of OnProcess products. Dan drives the delivery of Market Research to
OnProcess' clients to provide visibility and actionable insights into the
customer experience. Prior to joining OnProcess in 2005, he was Vice President
of Global Business for Corporate Software – including Global Accounts, Latin
America and Asia Pacific. Dan served as Director of Global Accounts for Digital
and Compaq. At Digital, Dan’s responsibilities included management of the
Digital Customer Advisory Board, decision support for U.S. Sales, pricing and
contracts for global accounts, support for manufacturing and logistics, and
development of the Company’s worldwide channels strategy. Dan received a
Bachelors degree from Middlebury, and Masters from Yale University and
Rensselaer. He completed the Executive Education Program at Babson. Dan has
served as a member of the Advisory Board of the Pricing Institute.
Dr. Ashok K Routh is the Chief Information Officer of OnProcess
Technology India. He is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day technology
solutions for supporting services that the Company provides to its
clients. Ashok joined BNKe Solutions, which was subsequently taken over by
OnProcess Technology, at its inception in 2001 and has actively contributed to
the setting up of the technical infrastructure of the company.
He started his career as a Lecturer at the Department of Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering of the Indian Institute Technology (IIT), Kharagpur – a premier technical institution of India. After a tenure of about 3 years at IIT, he joined Webel Electronic Communication Systems (WECS) Limited - a government of West Bengal Undertaking. In the 14 years he spent with this company, Ashok rose from a Project Engineer to its Executive Head. During his tenure at WECS, Ashok worked on the design, development and implementation of projects in the areas of value added systems for the public telecommunication network, wide area networking, real-time embedded systems and e-governance.
Ashok has a Ph.D. in Telecommunications from the Leningrad Electrical Engineering Institute of Communications, Russia. While pursuing Ph.D., he worked in a number of industry sponsored R&D projects dedicated to optimum design of line-of-sight microwave communication links, which was also the topic of his thesis.
John Sedej joined OnProcess Technology in 2012 as Senior Vice
President of Supply Chain and Strategy. At OnProcess, John helps define
and lead the overall Supply Chain strategy for the enterprise and leads the
business development and marketing strategies for targeted verticals. In
addition, John assists in defining and generating strategic plans and roadmaps
for next generation products and services.
John brings more than 20 years of strategic supply chain experience, including global manufacturing, quality and operations within the wireless, high-tech electronics, aerospace and automotive sectors. John’s career has included senior management positions with Genpact, Leap Wireless and Flextronics. John brings with him an extensive background from consulting on over 250 supply chain projects with many of the leading Fortune 100 companies where he served as Vice President of the SimFlex Group, a supply-chain software and consulting services group within Flextronics.
John earned a double B.S.E. degree in electrical and biomedical engineering from Duke University, as well as an MBA with emphasis in international business and finance from the University of San Diego.
Jason Clifford joined OnProcess Technology in 2010 as its Vice
President of Information Systems, responsible for Software Development and Data
Operations. Jason has 20 years of experience including information technology
management, software architecture, database development, and electro-optical
manufacturing.
Jason came to OnProcess Technology from Sentient Flight Group where he served for six years as the Director of Information Technology. In the role of Director he was responsible for supporting applications and infrastructure that operated a 24/7 contact center, global sales and marketing team, and financial planning and analysis. Jason has also held positions as a software architect, QA manager and manufacturing engineer.
He holds a Masters Degree in Software Engineering from Brandeis University and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. Jason is active in youth soccer in his hometown of Marshfield, MA where he resides with his wife and two children, and also enjoys playing music in his free time.
Rick Lunetta serves as the Vice President of Global Human
Resources for OnProcess Technology and is responsible for the overall direction
of human resources and human resource planning, employment, training,
compensation, benefits, organizational development and employee relations. Rick
has practiced in the field of Human Resources for over 20 years. Prior to
joining OnProcess Technology in 2006, he held a number of senior level HR
positions in the fields of financial services and health care where he built
both regional and national HR infrastructures. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in
Philosophy, a Masters in Theology and a Masters in Human Resources Management
and Development. Rick is well respected within the human resource community as
a concerned and active human resource professional, consultant and board member
through volunteer and work-related initiatives. Rick serves on Needham's
Personnel Board and a number of ad hoc project committees. He resides in
Needham, MA with his wife and their two children.
Lalita Sinha is the Vice President of HR for India operations of
OnProcess Technology and is responsible for talent acquisition, training,
development, retention, and management.
Lalita has 20+ years of experience in various areas including HR, Operations and Sales, across industry segments such as Education, Retail and IT services. Prior to her present assignment, Lalita headed HR of a 500-strong IT Services company, for 6 years. Her background in managing operations and businesses has enabled her to become an HR Leader with a strong understanding of the needs of external and internal customers. She is a problem solver with strong motivation skills. Lalita holds a double degree.

Karen joined OnProcess Technology in 2001 and currently serves as Vice President of Solutions Engineering. She leads a team of Solutions Engineers who work closely with existing and prospective Clients across the globe to understand their business challenges and architect solutions designed to optimize the client’s service supply chain. Her team stays apprised of industry trends and works to ensure that OnProcess solutions evolve to meet changing client requirements. In addition, Karen is responsible for Product and Compliance Management. Previous to her current role, Karen has held several roles at OnProcess, including Business Operations Manager, Sr. Director of Client Services and Vice President of Client Services. Karen has over 20 years of experience in solutions development, account management, customer service, project and compliance management. She resides in Norton, Massachusetts with her husband and four children.
Sanjeev Sinha is the Vice President in charge of operations at
OnProcess Kolkata delivery center and manages several global accounts. He
has over 22 years of multi-functional multi-industry experience in India and in
the US spanning IT Infrastructure Management, SAP Implementation, Quality,
Supply Chain Management and Business Development. Sanjeev has worked in
leadership roles in organizations such as Indian Airlines, Delta Air Lines,
British Oxygen and a Tata Group company. He also takes up speaking assignments
in several business schools. In the last decade, Sanjeev has been recognized
for his contribution in the field of Sourcing and Procurement.
Sanjeev is an engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India. He has also obtained his MBA from Georgia State University, Atlanta, USA. In addition, he has attended management development program in project management at Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, India. A family man to the core, Sanjeev lives with his family including his mother, wife and two lovely children at Kolkata, India.
Shiven leads OnProcess' Asia-Pacific sales, solutions and partner
relationships. Shivendra has a Bachelor degree in Commerce and is an MBA in
Finance & Marketing. He has over 18 years of experience of working with
some of the largest corporations in Asia.
Shivendra applies his deep understanding of finance while providing client
solutions. With his ability to work with large teams from diverse backgrounds,
Shivendra has managed a number of strategic multi-country engagements with
large corporations in Asia. Shivendra is well known in the industry for his
in-depth understanding of Sourcing & Procurement solutions. During the last
decade with Ariba, Shivendra advised leading companies in the Pharmaceutical,
FMCG, Auto, Oil & Gas, Steel, Paper and Financial Services industry in
delivering tangible benefits on a sustainable basis.
Scott has been outside general counsel for OnProcess since the
company was founded in 1998, assisting with a variety of corporate, employment
and intellectual property issues. Scott also maintains an independent law
practice that includes matters of intellectual property and technology,
computer fraud and abuse, environmental and insurance coverage. Scott is the
co-author of "The Legal Framework for Protecting Intellectual Property," which
appears as Chapter 12 of "The Computer Security Handbook" (4th ed.), and “The
Fundamentals of Intellectual Property Law,” which appears as Chapter 11 of “The
Computer Security Handbook” (5th ed.). He has written and spoken extensively
about such issues as online privacy, cyberspace jurisdiction and the legal
issues surrounding the use of open source software. Scott is admitted to
practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of
Appeals for the First Circuit, the Federal District Court for the District of
Massachusetts and the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is a
member of the American Bar Association’s Litigation and Computer Litigation
Committees.
Scott is responsible for developing new business and managing and
servicing existing accounts in the Broadband/Cable industry for OnProcess.
Since joining OnProcess in 2000, Scott has also been instrumental in applying
OnProcess' unique methodology to a wide range of industries, including
Healthcare, Technology, Services and Cable. His initiatives have helped
OnProcess expand its offering in customized asset retrieval as well as
introduce new offerings that help OnProcess clients manage product
installations, increase their service / product utilization and enhance the
customer experience. Prior to joining OnProcess, Scott worked as a financial
analyst as well as an entrepreneur, managing and owning his own business. Scott
received his Bachelor's degree from Lehigh University with a concentration in
Finance.
Chap Hanley is responsible for all contact center operations in
Ashland, Fall River and vendor outsourced relations. He is also responsible for
developing new opportunities for OnProcess in the broadband industry. Prior to
joining OnProcess in 2006, Chap served as a General Manager for Adelphia
Communications, directing 100 employees and serving 100,000 customers. Chap
spent 20 years in cable operations, including positions in general management,
marketing and business operations with Continental Cablevision, AT&T
Broadband and Comcast. Chap received his Bachelor's degree from Hobart College
and a Master's degree from Dartmouth College. He has also attended the Greater
Boston Executive program at the Sloan School of MIT. Chap is on the
planning board for the New England Cable Television Association and is
Co-President of CTAM New England. The CTAM NE chapter sponsors 6-8 educational
events attended by cable operators and cable vendors each year in New
England.
