Meet the leadership team at OnProcess Technology:

Ed Barry, CEO of OnProcess Technology, provides overall direction of the company and its development strategy. Ed founded OnProcess with an unprecedented approach — outsourced reverse logistics and customer experience management programs, based on advanced methods and technologies, that can be applied to meet the unique performance goals of clients across industries. Prior to founding OnProcess Technology, Ed spent more than 20 years in the software industry specializing in enterprise and automation software for large-scale manufacturing and distribution programs.
Bill joined OnProcess Technology in November of 1999, bringing with him 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing for large multi-national corporations.
At OnProcess, he has developed client relationships in a broad base of industries, enabling OnProcess to develop a wide range of solutions-based processes suitable for our clients’ many requirements.
Bill is also the team lead for our Business Development and Partner programs that have been instrumental in creating profitable relationships with many of our clients’ outsourced transportation, repair and logistics service vendors.
Robert joined OnProcess Technology in June of 2007, bringing with him more than 20 years of management experience in the technology services industry. As a founding member of three technology services companies, he helped lead hyper-growth in those firms throughout the 1990’s to 2006.
At OnProcess, in addition to being a member of the executive team, Robert has responsibility for sales operations, and the development of cross-product sales strategies to expand OnProcess support to new vertical industries driving continued revenue growth and geographic expansion.
Prior to joining OnProcess, Robert was Director of Professional Services, NA for Cognizant Technology Solutions. This assignment was the result of Cognizant acquiring AimNet Solutions, Inc. where Robert was a founding member of the management team, responsible for sales and business development for the technology services company. Prior to AimNet, Robert was the President of Alpine Computer Systems, Inc. a managed services business focused on infrastructure technology.
Robert received a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College Carroll School of Management with a concentration in marketing. Robert is active in many civic and youth sports organizations and resides in Medway, MA with his wife and three children.
Pamela Roddy joined OnProcess Technology in 2007 as its Vice President of Operations, responsible for Application Development, Information Technology and Contact Center Operations. Prior to joining OnProcess, Pam had 15 years of contact center, customer service and account management responsibility in healthcare and government services industries.
Pam came to OnProcess Technology from MAXIMUS inc. where she served for five years as the Contract Director. In the role of Director she had responsibility for a large government healthcare contract that employed 400 staff to operate its large customer service contact center, process financial transactions and create and distribute marketing and educational materials. Under her direction the contact center earned the Purdue Universities Call Center of Excellence Certification. Prior to joining MAXIMUS Pam spent 15 years in healthcare operations at Fallon Clinic Inc.
She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, and an undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy. In addition, she is a Certified Instructor – certified by Development Dimensions in Interactive Management, a Recipient of Women of Distinction Award presented by the Girl Scouts of America, and has been a Guest Lecturer at The College of Call Center Excellence Leadership Training in Boston.
Dan Gettens, LSSMBB, is Chief Research Officer for OnProcess Technology. Dan is responsible for the definition, development and delivery of OnProcess' product offerings, including Service Supply Chain Optimization (SSCO), CE360™ and RL360™ solutions. He is leading our initiatives to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies in developing the next generation of OnProcess products. Dan drives the delivery of Market Research to OnProcess' clients to provide visibility and actionable insights into the customer experience. Prior to joining OnProcess in 2005, he was Vice President of Global Business for Corporate Software – including Global Accounts, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Dan served as Director of Global Accounts for Digital and Compaq. At Digital, Dan’s responsibilities included management of the Digital Customer Advisory Board, decision support for U.S. Sales, pricing and contracts for global accounts, support for manufacturing and logistics, and development of the Company’s worldwide channels strategy. Dan received a Bachelors degree from Middlebury, and Masters from Yale University and Rensselaer. He completed the Executive Education Program at Babson. Dan has served as a member of the Advisory Board of the Pricing Institute.
Rick Lunetta serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for OnProcess Technology and is responsible for the overall direction of human resources and human resource planning, employment, training, compensation, benefits, organizational development and employee relations. Rick has practiced in the field of Human Resources for over 20 years. Prior to joining OnProcess Technology in 2006, he held a number of senior level HR positions in the fields of financial services and health care where he built both regional and national HR infrastructures. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy, a Masters in Theology and a Masters in Human Resources Management and Development. Rick is well respected within the human resource community as a concerned and active human resource professional, consultant and board member through volunteer and work-related initiatives. Rick serves on Needham's Personnel Board and a number of ad hoc project committees. He resides in Needham, MA with his wife and their two children.
Karen manages a team of dedicated Client Services professionals to provide delivery of RL360™ and CE360™ services to OnProcess clients located in the Americas, Canada, EMEA and Asia-Pacific. The Client Services team plays a key role in the development of client solutions in supply chain and customer experience management and is responsible for program implementations, development and growth of strong client relationships and continuous process improvements. Additionally, her team provides ongoing reporting and analytics of ROI and program performance. Prior to joining OnProcess in 2001, Karen served as Billing Manager, Sales and Service Manager, Project Manager and Compliance / Risk Manager in the banking and transportation industries. At OnProcess, Karen has held positions as Program Manager, Sr. Program Manager and Business Operations Manager before assuming her role in Client Services. Karen has a combined 18 years of experience in client services, customer service, project and compliance management. She resides in Norton, Massachusetts with her husband and four children.
Scott has been outside general counsel for OnProcess since the company was founded in 1998, assisting with a variety of corporate, employment and intellectual property issues. Scott also maintains an independent law practice that includes matters of intellectual property and technology, computer fraud and abuse, environmental and insurance coverage. Scott is the co-author of "The Legal Framework for Protecting Intellectual Property," which appears as Chapter 12 of "The Computer Security Handbook" (4th ed.), and “The Fundamentals of Intellectual Property Law,” which appears as Chapter 11 of “The Computer Security Handbook” (5th ed.). He has written and spoken extensively about such issues as online privacy, cyberspace jurisdiction and the legal issues surrounding the use of open source software. Scott is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Litigation and Computer Litigation Committees.
Scott is responsible for developing new business and managing and servicing existing accounts in the Broadband/Cable industry for OnProcess. Since joining OnProcess in 2000, Scott has also been instrumental in applying OnProcess' unique methodology to a wide range of industries, including Healthcare, Technology, Services and Cable. His initiatives have helped OnProcess expand its offering in customized asset retrieval as well as introduce new offerings that help OnProcess clients manage product installations, increase their service / product utilization and enhance the customer experience. Prior to joining OnProcess, Scott worked as a financial analyst as well as an entrepreneur, managing and owning his own business. Scott received his Bachelor's degree from Lehigh University with a concentration in Finance.
Chap Hanley is responsible for all contact center operations in Ashland and Fall River. He is also responsible for developing new opportunities for OnProcess in the cable television industry. Prior to joining OnProcess in 2006, Chap served as a General Manager for Adelphia Communications, directing 100 employees and serving 100,000 customers. Chap spent 20 years in cable operations, including positions in general management, marketing and business operations with Continental Cablevision, AT&T Broadband and Comcast. Chap received his Bachelor's degree from Hobart College and a Master's degree from Dartmouth College. He has also attended the Greater Boston Executive program at the Sloan School of MIT. Chap is on the planning board for the New England Cable Television Association and is Co-President of CTAM New England. The CTAM NE chapter sponsors 6-8 educational events attended by cable operators and cable vendors each year in New England.
