Michael Wooden has been leading, growing and building global enterprise and start-up services businesses for more than two decades. Prior to joining OnProcess Technology, he was Convergys Corporation’s Chief Commercial Officer, where he owned the customer interface and had P&L responsibility across divergent sales channels and marketing functions. Earlier at Xerox, Michael was the SVP of Sales and Marketing for the BPS division, where he headed strategy development, alliances and the creation and expansion of new outsourcing services. Earlier in his career, Michael was VP of Corporate Development at APAC. He also worked as an M&A consultant for technology companies around the world. Michael has a Bachelor’s Degree in Comprehensive Sciences from Ashland University and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.

Gustavo leads OnProcess’ global application development and the information technology functions. He has more than 25 years of experience designing, implementing and managing mission-critical architectures and organizations at service providers. Before OnProcess, Gustavo worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he created a global organization to provide a scalable technology platform and services to the IT Services business unit. Earlier at AimNet Solutions, Gustavo led a team that created and managed a SaaS integrated management system. Gustavo has a B.S. from DeVry University.

Dan Gettens

Dan Gettens heads OnProcess’ customer market research, which provides OnProcess clients with deep visibility and actionable insights into the customer experience. He also leads the definition, development and delivery of the OnProcess analytics platform that underlies our managed services offerings, including predictive analytics, in-depth Voice of the Customer analytics and initiatives to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies in developing these methodologies. Prior to OnProcess, Dan was Vice President of Global Business for Corporate Software and Director of Global Accounts for Digital and Compaq. Dan is Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified, received a Bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College, and Masters from Yale University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Dan also served on the Advisory Board of the Pricing Institute.

Sarah Hatfield

Sarah directs OnProcess’ strategy for products and core service offerings, including the OPTvision℠ platform. She brings more than 15 years of leadership expertise from previous roles in supply chain, product and program management for Comcast, Asurion and ADT. Most recently, her focus has been in new product development for the connected home and IoT spaces. Sarah’s early career includes four years of active duty service with 25th Infantry Division, US Army. She is a veteran of foreign wars, and recipient of multiple service awards, including the Combat Action Badge.

Oliver Lemanski

Oliver has extensive experience building and growing international service supply chain businesses. Prior to OnProcess, he held various executive roles at TNT, including Global Head of Service Logistics, where he ran the commercial side of a €150m+ business focused on technology, medical device and industrial markets; and Industry Marketing Director, where he led commercial salesforce and value proposition transformation efforts. Earlier in his career, Oliver set up MGH Consulting’s APAC practice which provided aftermarket strategy and implementation support to clients in the technology and logistics markets. Oliver holds a Degree and Masters from University of Southampton, UK and is an alumnus of IMD Business School in Switzerland.


Rick Lunetta

Rick is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 20 years in the field. He leads OnProcess’ global HR strategy, including HR planning, employment, training, compensation, benefits, organizational development and employee relations. Prior to OnProcess, Rick held senior-level HR positions in financial services and health care, where he built both regional and national HR infrastructures. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy, a Masters in Theology and a Masters in Human Resources Management and Development. Rick is well-respected within the human resource community as a concerned and active HR professional, consultant and board member, including serving on Needham’s Personnel Board.

Chris Rezendes

Chris has an 18-year track record of growing revenues for services and technology companies. He leverages his leadership, sales, marketing and customer service expertise to drive OnProcess’ expansion across multiple markets. Before joining OnProcess, Chris held a variety of executive positions including Chief Commercial Officer and, earlier, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Windham, Chief Sales Officer at CSS, Vice President and Managing Director of Sales at Convergys Corporation, and Director of Sales for Americas at Amdocs Inc. He is a former United States Marine Corps Officer and Naval Aviator and a graduate of Bridgewater State University.

Michael has more than 20 years of experience leading and growing BPO organizations and global contact centers. His expertise includes inbound and outbound sales, both in customer care and tech support operations. Previously as Managing Director of Xerox Services’ commercial healthcare call centers, where he headed a division of 14,000 representatives who handled 50 million annual customer interactions. Michael’s key to success has been to operationalize strategies to reduce expenses while delivering exceptional customer experiences and greater return for clients.

Robert is an experienced professional with a solid background in M&A, acquisition integration, process simplification, and strategic planning.  He has led global finance organizations for Fortune 500 companies, as well as private equity owned businesses in both the service and manufacturing sectors.  Robert holds a BS from Fairfield University and a Masters from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business.
