Business Analyst – Cisco FACT

 

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities:

• Supports business processes and workflow;
• Identifies any associated issues and risks;
• Monitors performance and results;
• Is responsible for addressing performance issues and creating action plans for improvement;
• Oversees database management;
• Performs data and application maintenance updates;
• Escalates database issues and acts as a first POC for escalations;
• Communicates with internal stakeholders and vendors;
• Identifies, escalates data and program specific issues to appropriate level of management;
• Proactively identifies internal and external best practices that will enable improvement of the standard end-to-end process;
• Generates reports and analyses client/vendor reports;
• Consistently meets or exceeds OPT’s key performance standards and quality objectives;
• Other Ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months experience in the current team;
• Not in an Active Correction Plan or Process Improvement Plan;
• Fluency in English;
• Very good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
• Experience in relationship management with customers/vendors;
• Ability to perform duties with minimum direction;
• Ability to work in a team environment;
• Ability to receive feedback and handle high pressure situations;
• Continuous attention to detail and quality;
• Very good Excel knowledge – e.g., XLOOKUP, Conditional formatting, Pivot tables, Chart and Dashboard creation;
• Experience with Tableu is an advantage;
• Good presentation skills;
• Great understanding of supply chain E2E process;
• Strong work ethics – capable of handling confidential information.
• Experience with Power BI would be considered an advantage
