Business Analyst – SAM § Fallout and Multiflow team

Job Overview

Performance and Responsibilities:
• Supports business processes and workflow
• Identifies any associated issues and risks
• Monitor performance and results аnd provides relevant analysis
• Is in charge of database management
• Performs data and application maintenance updates
• Taking ownership of processes and individual tasks/responsibilities
• Escalates database issues and acts as a first POC for customer escalations
• Communicates to both internal and external clients
• Identifies, escalates data and program specific issues to appropriate level of management
• Proactively identifies internal and external best practices that will enable improvement of the standard end-to-end process
• Generates and analyzes Tier I & II client reporting
• Drives performance improvements with third party vendors
• Consistently meets or exceeds OPT’s key performance standards and quality objectives
• Other Ad-hoc duties
• Adhering to the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines pertaining to the protection of Information Asset, as referred to in the User Agreement.
• Reporting actual or suspected security and/or policy violations/breaches to an appropriate authority;

 

Responsibilities and Duties

Qualifications:
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical thinking
• At least 9 months experience at OnProcess
• Excellent proficiency in working with MS Office and databases
• Continuous attention to detail and quality
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
• Very good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Good presentation skills and ability to work with third party vendors
• Ability to perform duties with minimum direction
• Ability to work in a team environment

 

Education Requirements

High School or equivalent
