Logistic Support Administrator

Job Overview

The Logistic Support Administrator is a 90-day temporary assignment that will report to our office in Marlborough, MA. The Logistic Support Administrator will support the office by being responsible for providing clerical services, using technology and understands the needs of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Use the necessary technology provided
  • Collect, open and read mail and determine how it should be processed
  • Scanning, uploading and sending documents via email
  • Shred old and outdated documents

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 6+ months of administrative experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to use a PC, software programs, and office machines
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willing and able to be in commute into the office, daily
  • Must adhere to a Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM, EST schedule

Physical Requirements

  1. Must be able to move intermittently throughout the work day
  2. Must be able to lift, bend, etc.
  3. Must possess sight/hearing/speech senses, or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met
  4. Quiet and limited distraction work from home environment
