Team Leader – International Supply Chain (Order Management)

Job Description Overview  
Responsible for the day to day operational activities. Proactively support Operations by tracking on-time performance and measuring vendor KPI. Prepare and publish dashboards & complete reporting activities. Coordinate between internal customers and appropriate internal organization to resolve queries. Ensuring the team processes the orders accurately and data in the system meet contractual service and billing commitments. Support to customers, account managers and project managers on services order implementation and issues using defined procedures and processes, to meet internal service level agreement & customer satisfaction targets.  
Duties and Responsibilities  
✓ Responsible for supporting team members in understanding International Supply Chain tools, systems, processes etc. ✓ Responsible for managing team directly under own leadership. ✓ Coaching and mentoring team members to improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness ✓ Actively monitoring and tracking the performance of the team and team members ✓ Prepare dashboard, reports, understanding trends, challenges, achievements ✓ Build a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders ✓ Support Team members in handling escalations through their skills, knowledge and relationship with stakeholders ✓ Ensure uniform distribution of activities, building open and free culture within the team ✓ Responsible for the team to carry out allocated Procurement activities within time and budget ✓ Ensure the team is owning end to end order life cycle management ✓ Ensure the team updates all commercial and ordering Tools and Systems on a real-time basis.  ✓ Responsible for managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders by educating them about delivery processes ✓ Support Order Delivery Manager in special or ad hoc tasks ✓ Responsible for team’s delivery on customers’ operational requirements related to service delivery in the frame of contractual obligations ✓ Coordinate Client Managers and Service Operation Managers, as well as all other divisions in the supplier/customer relationship to provide ongoing contractual support related to Service Delivery and Implementation. ✓ All other duties as assigned  
Key Ability and Skill:  
✓ A minimum of 5 years of experience in the International Supply Chain is a MUST. ✓ Experience in Procurement within Service Industry, Telecom, IT industry ✓ Ability to engage and partner with the customer and internal staff as required ✓ Ability to ability to work in a virtual team environment. ✓ Problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills. ✓ Good verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence skills ✓ Fluency in English ✓ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, macro, etc. ✓ Ability to work within a fast-paced, pressurized operational environment

✓ Flexible to work in shifts ✓ Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining the quality of work Education and Experience  
✓ Degree in commerce or any other stream or equivalent ✓ Master in Business Administration (Full Time / Part Time ) is preferable. ✓ Certification in Supply Chain from a recognized institute is preferable ✓ Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, JIT will be an added advantage ✓ Project Management certification will be an added advantage ✓ Working Experience in P2P and O2C. ✓ Strong on hands experience in MS Excel is a must. Experience in MS Access is preferable ✓ Working knowledge of Power BI & Macros.
