1. Providing technical support (Hardware and Software both) to operations onsite and offsite both while on shifts.
2. Handling IT Trouble tickets and Service requests.
3. Carrying out routine maintenance checks of systems and services.
4. Maintenance of the end point equipments like Desktop, Laptops, Printers etc.
1. Fluency in spoken and written English to support Global Deskside job.
2. In depth knowledge of Active Directory
3. In depth knowledge of Installation and Troubleshooting of MS Office, Windows OS, Symantec Anti Virus, Windows Patch management.
4. In depth knowledge of VPN systems (FortiClient VPN Access Tool) .
