Logistics Platform Specialist

Broad Function:

Logistics Platform Specialist is responsible for handling system issues and discrepancies. Logistics Platform Specialist supports the Company’s processes through professional communication to internal and external stakeholders, on behalf of OnProcess Technology’s Partners.  Logistics Platform Specialist works in accordance with all quality control standards and initiatives on company level and program specific requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the performance and communication between different platforms
  • Resolve various system issues related to item orders
  • Identify if there are any discrepancies in the system and follow the processes to resolve it
  • Follow detailed instructions as outlined in Company documents
  • For service level agreement in jeopardy, follow established escalation rules
  • Regular communication with internal and external partners 
  • Escalate data or program specific issues to appropriate level of management

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (95%)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Previous experience in the field of customer support or administration
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
