Logistic Service Representative V – Fraud Analyst

Job Overview

The Fraud Prevention Analyst will be a Level IV Representative and will support end to end provisioning within Supply Chain Management. Fraud Analysis Agent monitors account activity to detect possible warranty fraud, perform case management to identify back end fraud through use of fraud detection best practices, and a variety of internal and external tools or technology resources. As a result of customer contact, he/she updates the company database with all appropriate information. The Fraud Prevention Analyst will also be building cases to submit to the client for Cost Savings purposes and or possible law enforcement engagement using all the information found while working day to day dispatches.

• Should be able to identify Fraudulent activities on a request
• Need to work and manage multiple queues at the same time
• Should be able to look for a trend in the fraud actives that are caught
• Contact with any and all stakeholders in the supply chain including customers and manufacturers
• Provide appropriate information to law enforcement entities as the request of the client
• Support all quality assurance efforts and program criteria
• Need to understand and adhere to the SLAs
• Need to effectively communicate order cancellation requests to logistics team
• Need to keep a track and follow-up on all pending cases in his/her ownership
• Need to collaborate with the client and be flexible to absorb updates and process changes
Logistics Service Representative Level IV, Fraud Prevention Analyst requires the following:
• HS diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of data analytics experience required
• Fraud analysis experience preferred
• Ability to work both independently and as a team
• Logical decision making skills with the ability to articulate justification for actions
• Problem solving and investigative skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Excel and Outlook

 

Education Requirements
