Logistics Service Representative with German

Job Overview

The Logistics Service Representative will support Reverse Logistics and/or Customer Experience Programs requiring client system access. They support the Company’s processes through professional communications, both to and from customers, on behalf of OnProcess Technology’s clients. As a result of customer contact, they update the Company database with all appropriate information. The Logistics Service Representative supports all quality assurance efforts and Program criteria via phone and e-mail as well as wide usage of high-level logistics tools and systems

 

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities:

• Process mainly outbound calls with business customers;
• Advise customers on behalf of the respective OnProcess Technology client;
• Interact with customers via phone and email;
• Update the respective records in the system of the client;
• Educate customers in using cloud based platform for online procurement;
• In doing the above, follow detailed instructions as outlined in company documents;
• For service level agreement in jeopardy, follow established escalation rules;
• Meet or exceed OnProcess Technology’s key performance standards and quality objectives.
Requirements:

• Fluency in German;
• Fluency in English;
• Previous customer service or supply chain experience is a strong advantage;
• Team player across boarders;
• Bachelor’s degree or in process of obtaining one;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and strategy;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality;
• Results-driver with action orientation.
