Marketing Automation & Performance Manager

Job Overview

Do you want to play a crucial role in growing OnProcess Technology’s online presence, automating interactions with our audience and improving our prospects’ experience? We are looking for a B2B marketer to lead OPT’s digital performance marketing and operations.

With the support of an agency for execution, you will drive the performance marketing plan and lead on the marketing operations for OnProcess. This individual will be an expert in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms – specifically and Pardot – you will be responsible for building out our ‘martech stack’, optimizing demand generation activities and supporting the scalability of the marketing team and pipeline building for OnProcess. This role will allow autonomy in developing your scope with having ownership of defining and delivering the performance marketing & operations plan to support the overall marketing strategy.

LOCATION: Bulgaria OR Costa Rica


Responsibilities and Duties

*Capture upper funnel ABM lead generations, nurture, and automate mid-lower funnel ABM leads

*Plan and map journeys across prospect lifecycle, using analytics and audience segmentation to support business objectives

*Manage external agency resources to develop, drive, and measure paid-for LinkedIn activity and email while nurturing campaigns to achieve
growth and engagement for select accounts.

*Identify and drive efforts to integrate marketing tools, automation software, and customer relationship management systems (Pardot,

*Develop, implement and drive a strategy for scaling the marketing team’s capacity through Martech

*Bring technical program management expertise to plan, execute and optimize our marketing operations

*Oversee the integration campaign activity with our CRM (Salesforce) to improve quality of information for our sales’ people

*Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for the team on automation, systems, marketing technology and integrations with other parts of the business

*Analyse the lead and conversion key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates at each stage

*Develop and manage the Pardot scoring model to assist in lead prioritization improving engagement and building pipeline

*Design and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that track team success metrics, while using analytics to identify trends and growth opportunities.

*Operational benchmarking and data including acquisition rates, conversion rates, database growth, lead nurture, engagement, and MQL/SQL

*Leverage expertise to support senior leader(s) on finalizing the overall digital marketing strategy for the team and grow a best-in-class marketing automation & performance program for the organization


*Expert knowledge with platforms such as and Pardot

*Able to define and implement paid-for social and SEM activities (eg. Linkedin, Google adwords etc)

*Well versed in the customer and lead journeys and how to assess them

*Must be experienced in data-driven, analytical environments that encourage creativity

*Manage external agencies and resources
