Program Manager
Job Overview
The Program Manager is a strategic, senior global level manager responsible for full-life cycle of supply chain on a global level. This position will be required to connect the dots between all lines of business, covering the whole supply chain lifecycle from order creation to recover, and repair. The Program Manager will ensure continuous improvement, innovation, automation, supply chain life-cycle standardization, process optimization and analytics, as well as cost optimization for both the client and OnProcess.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Oversee the client’s global full-life cycle of supply chain
• Perform detailed analysis, understanding dependencies + connections on all lines of business
• Identify SWOT for process optimization and standardization
• Manage projects with the support of internal teams in order to achieve the predefined scope
• Provide insights on continuous improvement while collaborating with analytics team for analytics projects
• Own analytics for the clients program in order to guarantee consistency and global approach
• Collaborate with the automation team to identify opportunities for automation
• Implement and track automation outcome for the client’s program
• Partner with the Client Success Manager’s to maintain alignment in meeting contractual obligations
• Run cost optimization projects with both internal global operational teams and the client
• Establish partnerships with stakeholders (WFM, Account Management and more) for various projects
• Proactively communicates with the client, keeps the client informed about the results,
processes, changes, improvement initiatives, projects
• Delivers presentations during MBRs and QBRs with the client
• Meets financial objectives for both On Process and the client
• Contributes to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the
management team
• Execute any other tasks/projects assigned by the direct manager
• Ensuring compliance of the Company’s ISMS policies and procedures in his/her/they own area
of work
• Assisting in Risk Assessment, Implementation of Controls and Security Audits
• Contributing to the improvement of ISMS through new Information Security initiatives and
practices
• Maintains records in support of information security practices
Qualifications
• 6+ years of industry experience in supply chain along with management experience, preferably in the field of
change management, technology, project management, processes, cost optimization, etc.
• Strong business and technical acumen to build/strengthen partnerships between internal stakeholders and
clients
• Strong Financial leadership and thorough understanding of building business cases that lead to strong ROI
models
• Experience in driving teams through rapid growth and global expansion at scale and understand the criticality
of operational excellence
• Proven leader and motivator, with deep experience building and leading large global customer care through
innovation and client excellence
• Data analytics, process analysis/management, Six Sigma experience (green), automation initiatives,
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI)
• Fluency of advanced English B2+
• Ability to travel internationally, as needed
