Job Overview

As the Project Manager for Digital Services and Automation Delivery, you will lead projects and facilitate decisions for the development of new solutions and enhancements to existing tools, systems, or solutions that support business processes and needs. In this role, you will collaborate with business partners and key project stakeholders to identify and define business requirements, document them for submission, and subsequently define project scope and details. You will be an integral part of the Digital Services and Automation Delivery team, focusing on process automation and digitalization initiatives. Additionally, you will coordinate activities with Business Technology Solutions (BTS) and various Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support project milestones and scheduled release dates.

The successful candidate will serve as a project manager and technical business analyst, bridging the gap between the BTS team and various business functional groups for the development and/or implementation of new solutions and enhancements to existing tools, systems, or solutions. You will establish relationships with key business users and create functional and technical documentation using industry-standard analysis tools and techniques. Your project management approach will follow the agile methodology, utilizing tools like Azure Dev Ops and MS Planner, among others.


Responsibilities and Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects for developing new solutions and enhancing existing tools, systems, or solutions to support business processes, including activities necessary to meet project milestones and release dates. Collaborate with end-users and the project team.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into formal functional documentation.
• Recommend operational process improvements during the requirements gathering process in collaboration with business users.
• Oversee the testing and implementation of business process solutions, supervising testing scenarios and delivering training to users on new or enhanced business processes and solutions.
• Facilitate functional and technical requirements gathering sessions and workshops with business and BTS stakeholders.
• Document current and future-state business processes and associated business requirements.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders within the business and BTS.
• Analyze and document technical capabilities and requirements for new and existing solutions.
• Create and publish project deliverables following an agile/scrum project delivery approach, using tools such as Azure Dev Ops and MS Planner, among others.

• Possess 2+ years of experience in technical project management, implementing custom development software and/or solutions using standard tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Azure DevOps and Microsoft 365 Project Management tools, with certification in their usage being preferred.
• Experience in SAP and SalesForce implementation projects, with a focus on ERP, ETL, and APIs.
• Knowledge of software quality and validation using project management methodologies and phases.
• Proficiency in data analysis to derive business-relevant conclusions, as well as in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Emphasize the creation of business value over solutions development, including digital awareness, risk assessments, business continuity, and business capability requirements.
• Possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and influential relationship-building capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of IT governance, ITIL, PMI, and software quality as per ASQ standards.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
