Ashland, MA, October 17, 2017OnProcess Technology, a global pioneer in service supply chain management and optimization, will be a featured speaker at Technology Services World (TSW), taking place October 23-25, 2017 in Las Vegas. Sarah Hatfield, the company’s VP of Product Management, and Jeffrey Larson, VP of Account Management, will discuss best practices for avoiding warranty fraud and minimizing losses using the latest end-to-end visibility and advanced analytics techniques.

TSW Las Vegas 2017 is focused on the art and science of the customer journey. It brings together technology service, sales, product and financial leaders to exchange ideas on how to operate successful service models and deliver new levels of customer value. TSW is produced by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA).

“Businesses lose about 5% of their annual revenue to fraudulent warranty claims. But it doesn’t have to be so prevalent. The challenge is, most technology companies don’t realize the extent of their problem, don’t have sufficient ways to prevent fraud and, when they do discover it, struggle to take action. It all comes down to not having sufficient visibility and the right data,” said Hatfield. “I look forward to showing TSW attendees how they can apply best practices for fraud avoidance, including building a seamless, effective process from product registration through financial recovery.”

Hatfield and Larson will be presenting “The Dynamic Duo: How Data and Visibility Can Prevent Fraud and Mitigate Losses” on October 24 at 1pm. Using real world case studies, they will discuss how to collect complete and consistent data; what end-to-end visibility means and how to implement it; how to leverage analytics and known fraud databases to determine fraud propensity and prevent fraud; and how, when fraud occurs, to ensure you have the right data to support legal action and recoup losses.

Conference attendees are also encouraged to visit OnProcess’ booth #24 to learn more about leveraging analytics and visibility to enhance field service. Visitors can see a demo of OnProcess OPTvision, the only platform that combines real-time, end-to-end visibility with analytics-driven alerts to radically improve service operations.
