Stann is responsible for OnProcess’ services delivery organizations in the U.S., Europe and Asia, including growing talent and revenue, maximizing efficiencies and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Stann has more than 20 years of experience leading and growing BPO organizations and global contact centers. His key to success has been to operationalize strategies to reduce expenses while delivering exceptional customer experiences and greater return for clients. Stann’s expertise includes inbound and outbound sales, both in customer care and tech support operations. Previously as Managing Director of Xerox Services’ commercial healthcare call centers, he headed a division of 14,000 representatives who handled 50 million annual customer interactions.
