Boston, MA – December 9, 2022: OnProcess, a global pioneer powering the world’s circular service value chains, announced today the appointment of Chris Rezendes, Chief Customer Officer at OnProcess, to the Reverse Logistics Association (RLA) Advisory Board. This new role further emphasizes OnProcess’ commitment to circularity and sustainability and its aim to help businesses streamline their recovery processes with expertise and advanced software solutions.
The Reverse Logistic Association (RLA) is the authoritative body for best practices related to reverse logistics with the goal to educate and inform reverse logistics professionals globally and be the voice of the reverse industry. When appointing board members, the RLA takes into account not only the company’s engagement with the association but the individual and their contribution. Chris has an 18-year track record of growing revenues for services and technology companies. He joins the RLA Advisory Board bringing with him five years at OnProcess, where he and his team help companies identify their reverse logistics objectives. Before joining OnProcess, Chris held a variety of executive positions in companies like Windham and Convergys. He is a former United States Marine Corps Officer and Naval Aviator and a graduate of Bridgewater State University.
