OnProcess Technology Expands Executive Leadership Team with Industry Veterans in Operations, Technology and Global Service Delivery


ASHLAND, MA – November, 24, 2014 OnProcess Technology, Inc.,,a provider of process management solutions for global service supply chains,today announced the addition of four industry leaders to its executive team. The appointments of Richard Surace as Executive Vice President of Global Operations; Gustavo (Gus) Estrella as Senior Vice President of Technology; Subhratanu Paul as Senior Vice President and Site Director, Asia-Pacific; and Stefan Karagyaurov as General Manager and Site Director, EMEA, are a reflection of the company’s commitment to expanding its position in service supply chain management through expertise in operations, technology and global service delivery.

In his new role, Richard Surace oversees all aspects of global service delivery, with a focus on the development of enhanced partnerships with tenured clients and the creation of innovative automated service solutions to support long-term strategic growth plans. Previously, he served as SVP of Service Delivery and Board Officer of Carbonite, Inc., (CARB), a backup and recovery software company with operations in over 99 countries. During his tenure, Mr. Surace was instrumental in scaling the company’s service operations in support of record annual revenue growth.

SVP of Technology Gustavo Estrella oversees all application development, information technology and product management functions globally. Prior to joining OnProcess, Mr. Estrella was responsible for Infrastructure Services at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he directed Cognizant’s global technology strategy and infrastructure.

As SVP and Site Director for AsiaPac operations, Subhratanu Paul is responsible for overall business delivery and growth within the Asia Pacific region including all operations and functional administrative roles. Prior to joining OnProcess, Mr. Paul held management roles with global leaders HP, Xerox, HSBC and Accenture, overseeing AsiaPac operations for voice support centers, as well as leading and managing supply chain, procurement and call center activities.

GM and Site Director Stefan Karagyaurov oversees all processes, people, administration and resources for the OnProcess EMEA Operations Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. Prior to joining OnProcess, Mr. Karagyaurov served as operations and customer service manager for Honeywell EMEA and operations and service delivery manager of Strategic Accounts for HP Enterprise Services.
