Mark Oldani joins as Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for the operations function and service delivery around the globe, including implementation, deployment, training, quality, workforce management, and production.
He will hold full responsibility for a 1000+ strong global workforce of Operations and Customer Support Executives, based in-office and remotely across India, Europe, central and north America. Mark comes with more than twenty years of experience in operational excellence, account management, and business transformation for several global technology companies, including Sitel Worldwide Corporation, Simplex Healthcare, Dell Computer Corporation, and others. Most recently he has driven digital transformation into the operations of Smile Direct Club, delivering strategic changes to improve customer experience and reduce costs by aligning the supply chain and contact center operations.
